"Having started out as a Jeweller over 15 years ago, it was time for a career change. Cooking has always been a passion of mine and so I studied Catering and Hospitality and worked as a barman to pay for the outrageous college fees! Completing the course in an impressive 2 instead of 3 years, I enthusiastically went on to cook in a few more kitchens of Pubs and Hotels, eventually landing myself with Hyner's as Head Chef for 5 years.
David Hyner - a true and good friend of mine - finally decided to follow the path of Motivational Management. A year passed as Managing Director with a new partner. I felt it was time to concentrate on the skills and qualities I've built myself up on and launch my own company, Ultimate Catering & Events Ltd.
So here I am today, continuing to whet and satisfy the appetites of a nation that appreciates good food to which I am grateful for. Thank you."
